CSF Radiator review
Hey Guys:
Long story short, I included the CSF Radiator in my build almost a year ago. Initially, it was an awesome experience. Coolant got up to temp about as quickly as stock like normal. This unit does a VERY good job of handling the extra heat with my setup. Whether on a spirited driving session or in stop and go traffic, it fit the bill. I have to remind every that I am stationed in HOT *** Texas. As far as quality goes, I am a bit on the fence. I recently had to have it removed and replaced. UPREV did the removal and re-instalation and Z1 handled the repalacement of the unit (since it was purchased thru them). Overall, I am still satified with the perfomace of the product. I will be watching it very closely from now on to ensure that there are no other issues with leaking. The only downsides were that the shroud had to be trimmed and the AC system has to be evacuated to accommodate this monster of a radiator (with integrated condensor), but that was not a deal-breaker for me.
I cannot speak directly on CSF's customer service, because there we 2 other companies (Zerolift and Z1 the first time, and UPREV and Z1 the second time) involved in both transactions with them both times. I would venture to say that their customer service has to be above average, since the unit was aquired quickly at purchase and on warranty exchange.
Would I go with them again? Definitely!
I also want to point out that there are still top notch companies out there like Zerolift, UPREV, and Z1. I am not trying to knock on other companies, but there are those out there that not on par with the rest and we know (they do to!) who they are.
Feel free to ask questions or post comments below.
D-Team out!
