Didn't explain the whole thing, sorry. I'm assuming I have a similar issue. Mine only does it when I first go to start the car.. If I start the car with the fob in the port, it starts up just fine.... usually if I take the fob out of the port the intelligent key warning light comes on ("key" with a picture of a key).. it will stay on for about 30 seconds and then it goes away.
