I went to Joe at ZSpeed with almost all of the same questions and he recommended the South Bend Stage 3 Daily

ZSpeed Performance South Bend DXD Clutch Kits Stage 3 daily

ZSpeed also has their own upgraded CSC and quite a few options for flywheels
