I took an over the counter product called Bantron which I credit me success to. I don't know if it's still available or not.
Even after 35+ years there are still times, especially after eating a nice dinner, I lean back and think..."A Lucky Strike sure would taste good now."

Thanks for the support. Well 36 hours and counting. I'm starting smell things I didn't smell before and some of them I wish I couldn't
. I'm using the patch and it seems to be working. As a motivation device I have my last pack of smokes sitting next to me. So every time I look at them, it reminds me how much they have f*cked up my health up over the years. At the same time I think I'm going to have a lollipop addiction when it's all said and done.
