If you remove the top of the OEM lug-nut, best to do it in a lathe, AND use a tap to run thru the threads to make sure that when used on your ARP 3" studs, the the thread does not get tight on the top of the OEM lugnut ... I'm sure you can find a tap at a reasonable price - again, your local nut/bolt shop will have them - or one of the hardware chains ... I;ve got no idea in the US marketplace.
