In AZ (Avg temps during cruises were between 80-100*f) would easily spike up to 240 or higher depending on the grade we were traveling.
Oil coolers are good, that's why they make different sizes. A 19 row would probably work fine, and he can still make the block off plate and only remove it when he plans on cruses/tracking.
