Old grumpy winter refuses to go away. March is usually the month where winter decides to end or try to fight til April.
There was one year that it snowed in late April. I guess that wasn't a global warming year.
Like Smoothz mentioned, last year was an almost snowless year with warm temps up to December and an early summer in March!
