Naw, not really, but it just depends what you're trying to get out of a car? You were considering the Q50 so i thought you were trying to incorporate driving enjoyment into your car. But if you're just looking for a nice comfortable ride with generically good/capable handling. Then no it doesn't matter. My wife has an altima. Handles well for what it is. Ride is caddy smooth and interior is very quiet.

I was just under the impression you were looking for performance out of your sedan as well.
