Nissan just called me today asking when I was going to fax them my receipt. I faxed it almost two weeks ago and even called to confirm they got it. She looks around and says oh i found it, such incompetence. Then she calls me 10 min later saying I need to take it to a Nissan dealer to close out the recall because I didnt get it repaired through NIssan.
I said look at the F n reciept and you can see it was done at a Nissan dealership. Her reply, oh I'll have to call them in the morning. WTF, what kind of freaking morons do they have working for Nissan.
