Yes I have that all the time when turning the steering wheel all the way. It must be you just taking out your car from garage or driveway in the cold weather while your tires(especially summer tires) haven't been warmed up yet. It happens because you are driving a rear wheel drive car. It pushes instead of pulls.

EDIT: You must have the same experience when you push the shopping cart in a grocery store while the front wheels are perpendicular to your travel direction. Same feeling. So no panic man.

EDIT 2: Of course I assumed you've already checked there is no physical contacts between the tires and the fenders when you turned your wheels all the way in.
