Don't know if this will help or not, but I found the following list of inputs/outputs for the Automatic Speed Control Device (ASCD) on page EC-62 of the 2009FSM:

ASCD brake switch - Brake pedal operation
Stop lamp switch - Brake pedal operation
Clutch pedal position switch (M/T models) - Clutch pedal operation
ASCD steering switch - ASCD steering switch operation
Park/neutral position (PNP) switch (M/T models) - Gear position
Combination meter - Vehicle speed*
TCM (A/T models) - Gear position and Powertrain revolution*
*: This signal is sent to the ECM via the CAN communication line

First thing I would check is the ASCD Brake Switch. Then the other pedal switches. Then the PNP Switch. Then the ASCD Steering Switch. GL.
