I'm a believer in Zaino. I used it with very good results starting with a new 2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe and just did the full treatment to my new 370Z. I got some bird crap on the car before I applied the Zaino and it stained the clear coat requiring a little rubbing with polish to remove. I did the Dawn dish soap wash to remove whatever wax (if any) the dealer had applied, clay bar on the paint, and then 2 coats of Zaino Z2 with the ZFX flash accellerant. The following week I washed the car with Meguiars Gold car wash, and applied 2 more coats of the Z2/ZFX mix. I also tried the new Z8 Detailer Spray as the final step and it seems to have a better anti-static property than the Z6 as I had less dust build up at the end of the week. Yes, Zaino is very labor intensive, I spent an entire day doing the first application and another afternoon applying two more coats but the results were worth it. I've been getting lots of compliments about the car and how shiny and clean it looks. A tip for you guys: Get a small (about 4" tall or so) pump spray bottle product from the travel size or sample section of your local drug store that you can dump the contents out of. Clean well to make sure it has no more hair spray or whatever inside, fill it with your favorite QD product and put it in a small zip lock baggie in case it leaks. Mine fits in the storage bin behind the passenger seat and I keep a small microfiber towel in the car as well. It really comes in handy if you find a fresh bird bomb on your paint baking in the sun.
