Worth every penny. 5th gear at 4k RPM it sounds like a Ferrari in a tunnel
When not in a tunnel sounds like a cross between stock 350z and a borla exhaust.
Yes, it does drone a bit but if your are cruising in 4th Gear at 2500 RPM(40mph) it goes COMPLETELY silent. Don't know if it has to do with harmonics or resonate frequencies but nice when driving around police.
I do wish it wasn't quite so loud, maybe 5 to 10 Db less. It is pretty close to perfect. It is not annoy your neighbor loud (unless your the type that winds out the gears through your neighborhood).
