Oh i would love to buy a house in Carroll County... My wife's parents live over there... some gorgeous land too. If it wasn't so far away from Bolling I would have gone for it.
But I do like my location... i was looking at some new places. Nothing new had a decent amount of land, some u could fit a deck, and that was it. Also the HOAs were ridiculous. Fees and rules.
