I have both. 2012 370Z AT Touring/Sport/Nav - 2013 GTR

If you used your GTR as a daily driver, you know the transmission can be clunky (understatement I know) at slow speeds. The AT Z is much smoother as slower speeds. Definitely wont be impressed with the the Zs take off power, but on open freeways, it still moves and can dart through traffic. It feels much smaller on the roads, the GTR feels long. The visibility on the Z is terrible. This is my biggest gripe, I had to get used to this. The driver side mirror and front roof pillar pretty much block all view on left hand turns. I need to peek up and over the side view mirror to make sure I'm not going to smack the center divider. If you used your GTRs trunk, forget about it on the Z. I can put my backpack in there and lay down down a bag or two groceries. GTR I get about 15-16mpg, Z I get 18mpg. Z maintenance is cheaper than the GTR.

And for some reason, Nissan decided to make the toggle switch on the steering wheel on the Z control the song selection (during BT audio, fwd and back), and small buttons for volume. On the GTR is the other way. The toggle switch is the volume and the buttons are for fwd and back on songs.

Overall, the GTR is awesome, the Z is great, if I had to chose, I would pick the GTR. However, I drive the Z more than I do the GTR. Go figure.
