at least it wasn't a flooded car (salt water).
get a nice shopvac, remove the driver's seat from the floor (dont even need to unplug the srs) peel back the carpeting as far as you can, suction all the water out, wipe down with some kitchen lysol (sp?) to dis-infect it. dont use bleach.
dry real well in a garage or hanger with large fans.
Then after you're done toss in some of these dissiccants and let them do the work at night to evaporate for a couple of days. if you can use another car great, if not, bag them up into a ziplock during the day, then pull them out at night when you park.
