Every make/model of car has it's own set of problems. So far, I have had no major problems with my '09 and the minor problems have been fixed under warranty.

Judging from what I've read on the site, Nissan has done a good job of fixing oil consumption problems under warranty. Maybe but not perfect, but it looks like most of the difficulties customers have experienced are due to less-than-stellar dealers.

The only real problem I have with Nissan is their failure to address the steering lock problem, but it looks like Nissan is finally attempting to rectify the situation. We'll see.

I'd buy another one. Lots of fun to drive and, so far, no problems worth bitching about (knock on wood).
