hey mr.alcheng- mapo tofu, huh? not mabo tofu. now that i think about it, the lady at the chinese restaurant was saying mapo tofu instead of mabo.

i guess in j-land we pronunce it more 'mabo' than 'mapo.' or just in my household not sure.
