My shoulder is still not 100%, it's about 50-60% now with a little pain, I took a pain killer before the tennis, easy on my game (well.... easy~~ uh.... I try...)
The shoulder hasn't come off yet so it is ok for now, have an appointment with the specialist on the 16th, he will do an assessment on it and we decide what's next, most likely I will ask for an MRI and see is it the cause of scar tissue or something else.
