The GoPro and your phone are very, very different tools, though. Only one will survive being chucked like a football in its protective case  . Or, like in my case over 3 years ago, being rammed into a metal safety barrier and still functioning just fine. |
That is the big thing for me, my GoPro is used for many things.
Many of which my phone could not survive, being thrown around, water, mounting on the outside of the car.
