I bought the car brand new and it just started doing it after I put 5k miles on it. Ive checked the fluid levels and everything seems fine.
Anyone have the same feeling with the clutch pedal disengaged or know what it is?
Does this happen when the trans is in neutral also?

I think (when the clutch is fully depressed), the throwout bearing is being used at 100% and this may be what you are feeling. The spinning of the bearing is being transmitted through the pedal. I think my 40th does this as well (12K) and as long as there is not squealing or grinding, I don't worry about it.
