I don't think you can argue that a set of Tenzo rims or Konig rims are as good as a set of Volk one piece monoblocks.
I will say though that you could argue that rims more expensive than Volk (360 Forged and HRE) aren't necessarily better than Volks.
So you do get what you pay for but only to a certain point. Eventually you hit a point where the performance gains aren't as large as the amount of money spend to obtain them.

i can agree to a point. Everyone here is not buying wheels for performance. They want to change the look. The weight of the wheel is not important to some. If you are strictly for performance you look at performance wheels period. Wheels are made of certain materials some lighter some stronger??
It's like the old stereo question what amp is best? what speaker is best? what is your budget and what are you looking to do with it?
More expensive doesn't nec. reflect better product !!! Do some work on it and you will see. Public opinion polls is all we have, no facts, no proven data , just marketing and opinions. If you want to convince a knowledgeable person that this is better than that bring facts, not opinions. I'm open to all discussion because i'm not a wheel expert so please show me.
