Not always true. I have no accident on my title, and had the rear bumper and tail light replaced. Will not count as an accident unless it is over a certain amount of money, and or reported as such by the police. Cosmetic claims should not count as an accident on your title, only structural damage, or costs above a certain percentage of the vehicles value
