I hit 30K and loved it cause I took it as an excuse\opportunity to change a bunch of fluids and get intimate with the Z
But yeah, I still feel your pain. I've gotten it to where it's just a dull throb in my brain and heart, but the DD lessens the throbbing though only for a little while
