Default Help, quick advice needed.

So my Nismo is pretty close to an oil change (I'm guessing... more as to why I'm guessing in a moment). I bought the car at 9900 miles. The dealer I purchased it from did an oil change sometime while they had it - so it could of happened as early as 9700 (who knows with dealers).

The car curretly reads 12600. I have no idea what filter the dealer used (Ford dealer...), nor what oil they put in - they said Full Synthetic (again, who knows).

I should have done it sooner, but when I got the car and checked the oil, it looked great. Additionally the car runs amazing, no ticking ect.

So, I'm about to have a 4 hour drive this Sunday morning - and I'm need to make a decision I hope some of our Z Vets will help me with:

1) Take the car to Nissan and let them do the change tomorrow morning. $80 for Pennzoil Full Synthetic (Is this stuff any good for our car?) and a generic Nissan Oil Filter (should I pick up a K&N gold and bring it too them - should I choose this route).

2) Order the Z1 Oil Change kit and put Redline in it (this is the stuff I REALLY want in my car!), with the Nismo spec Oil Filter.
- By doing this I would have to wait till Next Friday and put another 100+ miles on the car...

I know I'm being a big baby about this, but what do you guys think?

BTW, I really appreciate the late night help
