I didn't check out your link but there are many different types of flywheels. Mostly just made out of different materials such as steel and aluminum. Some are dual mass and most aftermarkets are single. I wouldn't say that any type of flywheel is unfit for street driving. the clutch and pressure plate is what you meant. There's many types with different clamping force.
