Being a total noob at this topic, how does this affect warranty? Can I still take it to Nissan to service? Will the car break down sooner from wear and tear?

The price will be in line with the competition on the market already. As for warranty... you should read up on this
http://www.epicbbs.com/wp-content/uploads/magmoss.pdf This kit will cause very MINIMAL/if any at all premature wear if driven responsibly and it is tuned by a professional. There is no reason to think you could not get 100k+ miles out of the motor still, of course the extra power will put more pressure on the clutch however if driven properly it could last a very long time as well.
