hey JARblue, I think you need a total of 5 LEDs, 2 for maps, 1 for trunk, and 2 for the plate.

You can also change the one for the vanity mirror but it's a different type and cost a bit more.

I will suggest you order couple more as spare since they "burnt" quickly...

Yes, LED should last forever but they do goes bad.

btw: snowed really hard here just as i was getting off work.....i realized last weekend that i have Michelins on my Honda too not PSS , but Michelin man is carrying me safely home. At least tonight!!! It really was bad out
