I installed a WIX 24883 in my '09 today. I found it at O'Reilly for $17.99 + tax. AutoZone didn't carry any cabin filters except STP brand and didn't have the correct size in stock anyway. A very easy install, only took a few minutes thanks to the pioneers who figured this out and posted the very helpful instructions & photos.
The only thing that was the slightest bit tricky is when I pulled the glovebox door off the little spring-wound retraction lanyard popped off. When reinstalling the door, you need small hands (which I don't have) to position the connector for the lanyard back on the post on the side of the door and then get the door back in position over the hinge points to snap it back in place without the lanyard coming unattached again.
Odd that Nissan didn't include a filter in an HVAC system that is obviously designed for one on that model year.
