The last thing I have a question about. To flash my ECU I have to have a ROM loaded. Since I have the Tuner version, I have to develop my own right?
No. Following the steps in the manual after you connect the cable the ECU part number is displayed on the screen. Contact Uprev (I did it via email) with the ECU part number and they will send you the correct ROM file for the ECU. The ROM file they send you is essentially just the stock ECU parameters that you or a tuner can then adjust as needed.

And if all else fails READ THE MANUAL!!!
