If you aren't on a budget, I would get coilovers. With springs, you will probably be fine, but if you aren't then you will have to get rid of them to keep from scraping. If you get coilovers, you get a lot more adjustability and can fine tune your ride height for your area.

I am so glad that I decided to get coilovers. The handling difference is amazing, and being able to adjust my height is a great bonus as well.
