I think most places will charge you like 50-100 bucks a corner. Plus if you get it corner balanced add some more cash on as well as an alignment.

Preload is simple, the rears are super easy to do... Preload is just raising the spring hatch to X amount usually a 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch with another jack and then lock it in with the rear strut by spinning it down/up to meet the hole the bolt enters into.

Fronts are always set with pre-load so you just swap out with the fronts. and Dial in whatever height you want.
