There could still be a leak (hairline crack) or the O2 sensors themselves may be damaged.
If you can get the exact codes its throwing it will help pinpoint the problem more quickly.
There's different codes for various O2 problems (out of range, failures to warm up, etc.), high fuel trims, and also misfires -- all three kinds of codes could be in there.
