This is how a few bad dealerships can ruin the majority of other good to great dealerships. Me, I buy my own oil, gasket, filter, and take it to a trusted oil change place (mine happens to be a Russian mafia car wash) along with a pair of ramps and they do the rest fo $15 bucks in 15 minutes and I'm on my way. I can see them pour and do the job. They also show me that my oil filter magnet is still still around.
