Mr.kenchan, glad to know you read my post.. it's one of the most useful one I've posted in here...
If you already have dry eyes problem and there's limited types of lenses you can use, I really suggest you to shorter the wearing hours.
Also, since you are looking at the computer and music notes all the time. When you are visiting the optometrist next time, have he writes you an computer distance eyeglasses prescription for use with contact lenses. It should be a very simple +0.75D something like that.
