For those that want to do an integrated system, the approach I used on my 350Z may work for the 370Z:

I was having a hard time figuring out where to mount the display of my STi-R. I had already used some console space for my V1 remote display, and wanted the STi-R to have a similar "stealth" approach. (But the spaces on either side wouldn't work.



Then I realized that I no longer needed the volt meter because the STi-R had one built in. So...

(This is after I repainted my dash/installed new HU)

It's in plain sight, but I don't think it draws any attention and probably goes unnoticed when off.(parked)


I disabled the green side of the LED so it wouldn't light up my interior at night, and mounted the LED just below the display. (It's the little white dot below "VOLTS" in the pod. -Still blinks red when there is an alert)
