2yrs ago my wife severely hurt her back and she could not get out of bed for days. that's when mr.gurney taught us about the exercise. wife slowly but gradually gained movement. she's been doing well since.
every morning i do the exercise followed by other warm up exercises.

gettign up even earlier (Like 4 am earlier
) back feeling better but not as much as I would expect...maybe I should go see chiropractor on Friday (my day off)...ugh.
