when i hurt my lower back it's usually a pulled muscle from no warm up. like i could literally be pulling up my pants in the am (not sure why we keep going back to pants today

.... pain for 4-5days. especially getting in/out of my lowered cars was a royal pain.
2yrs ago my wife severely hurt her back and she could not get out of bed for days. that's when mr.gurney taught us about the exercise.
