mr.jar- you're correct on the green fluid. my G uses that and recommended change is 4years. im not sure about the milage though.

Which one do we have, the Blue then? Is there any +/- to using one over the other? I won't say the Performance word because thats silly lol

I've heard of some people doing an AT fluid flush @ 50k. I'm thinking if I ever went boosted, I'd have to build the tranny anyways to keep up, so that would mandate a fluid change anyways.
just take a look at your coolant reservoir. chances are you have the BLUE coolant. if GREEN you can immediately tell it's green.

not sure about your AT change interval.
