I think back positions, especially after problems set in, are very individual. I have chronic back problems but find the base seat pretty good in that regard. I just went on my first 4 hour drive and brought some memory foam cushions and various other material to use to shape my back support if such a long drive revealed discomfort not noticed in shorter trips. You only have one spine and unlike some other organs, they can't swap it out for you so take care of it!
You have to fit lumbar support to you so what someone else uses may be not work at all. You might consider going to the fabric store and buying a block of memory foam. You can then start chopping and whittling using an electric carving knife until you find what works. You might still find on long trips that you need to move around or shift around/swap your lumbar support. My back doesn't like the same position for more than 20 minutes.
