You shouldn't have to break anything!

As Masa says, the "pop rivets" have a center piece that you should pop up with a small flathead screwdriver, and then you should be able to remove the entire clip. If you do break some, fear not, you can get them from your local shop, dealer, or online for incredibly cheap. I keep extras in the garage just in case.

If you are talking about the fuse box itself lifting out of the engine bay, again, Masa nailed it. There are two clips near the bottom that have to be released before you can pull the entire box straight up.
