Customer service isn't bad. But JDM needs to take their sports car entries more seriously in the enthusiast market. Nismo should be 10x more than it is as far as parts and options. Part prices need to come down on the ones that exist and Nissan should be marketing them from point of sale like Chevy, GM and ford do.
I think thats what makes American cars sell like hot cakes over JDM, You learn about aftermarket support while looking at these cars. They'll be ready to roll you out with a brand new exhaust/intake while you sign the paperwork or within 24 hrs. Thats huge... And a BIG selling point. Also parts pricing is 50% less than JDM.
Not a knock cuz i luv my Z, but these are things that would boost z sales.
