Emissions is out there door but here, not only do you have to get a safety inspection but if you lower your car or modify your suspension at all, you have to get a "recon" (reconstruction) inspection. Basically damn near impossible to pass. Suspension too hard, suspension to stiff, camber not at factory specs, and all this crap the inspector gets to decide on spot by pushing down on your car. 99% of us don't have it but cops can be dicks if they want to be and write us tickets for it. We can go all day long with power and killing the environment but going low is a no go.......lol
