Especially the temperature change occur during street driving does not affect the traction, unless you track the car.
About temperature change, just adjust the pressure to proper ps then you will be fine.
Cold weather affect the tire pressure, but that's not the only reason that affect the traction.
I won't spend that money on nitrogen too.
