It took 1 to 1.5 hours for remove everything, taking my time to be careful. You don't need a puller to remove the steering wheel, but you do need a T-30 tamper proof torx bit to remove two screws that release the airbag.
I suggest getting a copy of the service manual, and follow this DIY for steering wheel removal,
