If they only do a visual inspection, or OBDII check, and you don't have a CEL, you'll pass. Cause they look like cats.

If they do a sniffer test, it's iffy. Some might trigger, some might not, depends on how hard they run it.


So it's a coin toss. I get away with it because my county Doesn't require emissions sniffing tests. Not to mention the shop I take it to works on performance dragsters, so they know modding. They don't even care, as long as it's Safe, it passes.
