Yesterday I saw a lady on the phone in her 350Z turn left in front of me completely oblivious. I was in the left lane of three going straight and there are two left turn lanes to my immediate left. Then there is a median and three lanes going the opposite direction. She was turning left into those three lanes, but turned way early and into the two left turns lanes next to me. She wound up just doing a u-turn after going the wrong direction for a good distance and passing several vehicles who I'm sure were
