Any dyno can read high. You do know they have to be properly calibrated right?
No need to be defensive. Hey, its a forum, discussions and debates is why we're here right? As long as your Z was tuned properly and you can feel the gains is all that matters

I know they need to be calibrated and yes I even questioned my own numbers that day. I posted before that I even said something to the tuner and he was surprised bc he has done many uprev tunes in Z's. He said they keep up with the maintenance on the Dyno and use the same correction all the time. So I have to believe him I suppose. I also have to believe that being in an indoor Dyno room with huge exhaust fans and front fans running its also optimal conditions as opposed to being in a hot humid open shop bay. It was hot a$$ day in June in VA and it was cold in the Dyno room. Also maybe my car just liked those intakes and exhaust combo with the test pipes. I mean I guess I can do some runs on a diff Dyno for comparison but I don't have TP's anymore and why spend the money if I'm happy with my results. Not being defensive all in good conversation I figured I would participate in the thread given its title and my results given i came close w/o headers or vvel tuning
