It's just got to be the motherboard... got new ram and the memory has specific timings. The voltage and everything is supposed to be identical to the old sticks (same module except 4GB vs 8GB). I'm going to clear the cmos and just run it at default (slower) settings to see if we can get it stable. I'm ready to switch to Intel though... idk...
