If you're replacing it with the nissan actual fog light? then yes.

I'm not sure on the EVOR version

A Notice to all: This type of removal is only in the event the prior attempt of heating the nuts trying to melt some of the locktite to loosen the nut FAILS.

I recommend to try this first prior to basically destroying the lense
